Studio Terra is a cozy studio bungalow located in the best area of Santa Teresa. Very few properties in Santa Teresa offer what we do: a 5-min walk to the beach (surfing), a pool, quick access to a supermarket (2-min walk), and walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops.

The property is well suited for a variety of guests: couples, a single digital nomad (100Mb professionally installed Wifi) or three individuals who don’t mind sharing space to save money.
