Studio Pelícano is a cozy studio bungalow located in the best area of Santa Teresa. Very few properties in Santa Teresa offer what we do: a 5-min walk to the beach (surfing), a pool, quick access to a supermarket (2-min walk), and walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops.

The property is well suited for couples or a single digital nomad (100Mb professionally installed Wifi).

Studio Pelícano is a well equipped studio with a comfortable king bed. The king bed can be converted into two twin beds. All of the mattresses are high quality foam mattresses imported from the USA for your comfort. The studio has a large private bathroom with a hot water shower. Enjoy the comforts of a full kitchen, oven with stove top, fridge, coffee maker and cookware.

Kick back and enjoy your favorite beverage beside the pool on the private terrace with dining table. Go for a dip in the pool in the afternoon and take a stroll on the beach for sunset. Get out of the heat and enjoy our dedicated air conditioning (A/C).

Our high speed internet is professionally installed and offers a dedicated Wifi access point for your individual studio for unbelievable reliability, ability to plug directly via ethernet wire, and full backup power in case of full city electricity outages.

The property is in a street very close to the main road, quiet and all flat, you do not have to climb a mountain and has very easy access. You are NOT required to use a 4x4 to access the road or property. The studio is private for just you. The pool is shared with other guests on the property. We offer self check-in and a secured storage area to store your belongings if you choose to check in early or check out late.

We do offer on-site parking, however parking is limited and you must notify us prior to arriving in order to reserve your spot.

Studio Pelícano is located in the most ideal location in all of Santa Teresa. We are very close to Selina North - Santa Teresa. You will have walking distance to the beach (5 min). There are many shops and restaurants in the area including grocery stores, clothing, ATVs, surfing, yoga, etc. all within 5 min.

Santa Teresa is a beach town and we are nestled right in the heart of the town. Nearly everything you would want to enjoy is available by walking. Some guests choose to rent quad ATVs in case you wish to travel to the other parts of town or beaches like Mal Pais or Hermosa. Other guests choose to rent a 4X4 SUV car since many of the roads in the surrounding areas are hilly and bumpy.
